This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivery of products purchased from our store. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Model
We operate on a weekly Saturday delivery schedule for fresh Angamaly pork, beef, mutton, chicken, and rabbit.
- Order cutoff: Friday, 8 PM
- Delivery window: Saturday, 7 AM to 11 AM
- Delivery area: Kochi and nearby locations only. We do not ship outside this area, and we do not offer international shipping.
- Minimum order: ₹500 or 1 kg
- Delivery fee: ₹49 per order (free on orders above ₹1,000)
Orders placed after the Friday 8 PM cutoff will be scheduled for the following Saturday's delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Attempts
Since our products are fresh and perishable, deliveries are made once within the Saturday 7 AM to 11 AM window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this window. If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, please contact us via Instagram to arrange a resolution.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, traffic, or events beyond our control. We will do our best to inform affected customers as early as possible.
